1. Eligibility for Returns

a) Damaged or Defective Products

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.

  • You inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

b) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive:

  • A different product than what you ordered

  • Wrong size/model or quantity

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used toys

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Discounted, clearance, or sale items (unless defective)


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in unused condition.

  • Must include original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals.

  • Photo/video proof of the issue must be provided.

If these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone within the allowed time.

  2. Provide your order ID, photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible.

  4. We will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or replacement.


5. Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible:

  • We will offer a free replacement of the same product.

  • If the item is out of stock, you can choose:

    • A refund, or

    • A different product of equal value.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued when:

  • The returned product passes inspection.

  • The request is approved according to the policy.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to:

  • Original payment method (UPI/card/wallet), or

  • Bank transfer (if required)

Refund Time

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

After Shipping

  • Cancellation is not possible once the item is shipped.

  • You may request a return after delivery (if it meets eligibility).


8. Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
We do not offer exchanges for:

9. Missing Items or Accessories
